Cancellation / Prepayment
Operator Cancellation: Full refund will be provided if the sailing is cancelled due to unfavourable weather, technical issues, or operational reasons. An alternative yacht may be offered, subject to availability and guest preference.
Customer Cancellation: Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
No-Show: No refund will be provided if the guest or any member of the group fails to arrive at the boarding point.
Late Arrival: No refund will be provided for late arrival resulting in missed boarding.
Monsoon Exception: During the monsoon, if it is raining at the boarding point and guests are present, they may choose to prepone or postpone the sailing, subject to availability. If they decline both options, a full refund will be provided.
