Cancellation / Prepayment

Customer Cancellation: Guests who wish to cancel their booking must inform us at least 10 days before the scheduled sailing date to be eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid.

Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather, storms, or continuous heavy rainfall, we may mutually agree to reschedule the sailing, subject to availability, or provide a refund to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, sailing will proceed as scheduled during light rain or occasional showers, as these generally do not affect the experience. Guests are kindly requested to expect occasional showers during Goa’s monsoon season.

Operator Cancellation: A full refund of the deposit paid will be provided if the sailing is cancelled by us due to technical or mechanical issues with the yacht or boat. We will inform guests as soon as possible and, where feasible, may offer an alternative sailing arrangement.
