Cancellation / Prepayment
- Any cancellations/amendments are only entertained till 30 days prior to check-in. Any requests related to cancellations/amendments within the 30 day period before the check-in will be entertained on a case-to-case basis at the sole discretion of the management team at Triptip.
- Long weekend/Black-out dates & peak period (22nd Dec – 5th Jan) bookings are non-amendable & non-refundable.
- Bookings made under any kind of promotions/discounts are also non-amendable & non-refundable.
- Team Triptip reserves the sole right to cancel/amend any bookings subject to guests breaking any house rules or engaging in conduct that is not in line with our terms & conditions.
